Labourer burnt to death in factory fire

GUJRANWALA: A labourer was burnt to death while his brother received burns when a factory caught fire due to short-circuit at Gulshan Colony on Sunday.
Wasim and Naeem were busy working when the fire broke out in the factory. As a result, Wasim was burnt to death while Naeem received burns.
POISONED TO DEATH: A couple allegedly poisoned to death their maid at Wapda Town.
Nimra was working as a maid in the house of industrialist Azam Gondal. On Sunday, Azam and his wife told Nimra’s parents that their daughter had died in mysterious circumstances. Later, Umar, brother of the maid, in an application to the Sadar police said that Azam and his wife had allegedly murdered the girl. The police shifted the body to the DHQ Hospital for autopsy and started searching the accused persons who had fled after the incident.
