Pension delay

I retired as assistant director (BS-17) on December 12, 2014. My department, the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS), sent my pension case to the office of the Accountant General, Pakistan Revenues, (AGPR) on November 26, 2014 vide letter No: PBS.IBD.3(400)/2013-Pension-256.
Now more than four months have passed but the PPO has not been issued to me, in clear violation of the Supreme Court judgement. The authorities concerned are requested to finalise my pension case without further delay.
