Unaffordable bills

This is an era of inflated utility bills. Most residents in Islamabad’s Sector G-9/3 have received inflated gas bills. This has outraged consumers with many blaming the SNGPL for overcharging them.Is there any authority which can provide some sort of relief to consumers?
