KARACHI: JS Bank Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2015 Wheelchair Cricket Tournament started on Monday with a total of 12 teams in contention.
The event comprises 15 matches, which will be played at different grounds in Karachi. The purpose of this event is to promote wheelchair cricket at national level.
The idea of JS Bank Quaid-e-Azam trophy 2015 was initiated when the Pakistan wheelchair cricket team won the 1st International cricket series against Nepal.
“Pakistan has the spirit and the best talent for cricket. We look forward to continue supporting cricket in Pakistan as we strongly believe in giving back to the society,” Muhammad Ibrahim, representative of JS Bank, said.
