2 held with 24kg charas

HAFIZABAD: Sukheke police on Friday arrested two drug pushers and recovered 24kg charas from them.
The police checked a car near Kot Sarwar Interchange and found 24kg charas from the vehicle. The police also arrested car riders Sohail Khan of Mardan and Muhammad Zareef of Kotli Azad, Kashmir. The police have registered a case.
ACTION AGAINST DRUG PUSHERS: DPO Shakir Hussain Dawar has said that strict action will be taken against land grabbers, drug pushers and other outlaws in the district.
Addressing an open court at Jamia Masjid Qadeem after Juma prayers, the DPO said that the police had arrested several drug pushers recently while a crackdown had been started against all anti-social elements. He asked the people to cooperate with the police to curb crimes.
