CDGF proposes increase in licence fee of 60 businesses

FAISALABAD: The City District Government Faisalabad (CDGF) has proposed increase in licence fees of 60 different trades and businesses.
In a statement here, the Excise and Taxation deputy district officer asked the stakeholders to submit objections, if any, within 30 days. He said that the DCO would hear objections. He said that the enhancement would be applicable from July 1, 2015.
Meanwhile, Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Rizwan Ashraf has asked the traders and businessmen to communicate their concerns to enable the FCCI to take up the issue at the appropriate level in a professional and scientific manner.
