MULTAN: The Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf has finalised arrangements for PP-196 by-polls meeting scheduled to be held at the sports ground today.
Talking to newsmen here, PTI president Ijaz Ahmad Janjua said that PTI chairman Imran Khan, Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi and others would address the meeting. He claimed that they had made sitting arrangements for over 35,000 people. He said that the PTI youth, women and lawyers wings would take out rallies to motivate the people to participate in the meeting. Ijaz Janjua accused the PML-N government of pre-poll rigging. He alleged that the PML-N government was using public resources for its candidate, which was the violation of the election code of conduct. He said that the country was being run on ad hoc basis and the government was not serious to resolve the public issues.
