Girl seeking bright future ends up as prostitute in UAE Moves local court for action From Our Correspondent MULTAN: A rape victim, who failed to get justice from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), finally moved the court of additional district and sessions judge (ADSJ) on Wednesday for registration of case against the accused couple and their accomplices. Rimsha, 20, had filed a complaint with the FIA Multan Circle more than five days ago. In her application, she told the AD&SJ that the accused, Atiq-ur-Rehman met her at a marriage ceremony and offered her job at a beauty parlour in United Arab Emirates on a one-month visa at the cost of Rs 300,000 process fee. He promised that the visa would be extended keeping in view of her performance. According to Rimsha, she sold her gold ornaments and paid Rs 300,000 to Atiq who assured Rs 70,000 per month salary and confirming her visa in next couple of months. After landed at the Dubai airport, Sheikh Amjad and his wife Shabana received Rimsha and took her to an apartment. Later, the couple handed her over to a club management where different people subjected her to sexual torture for a month. She was sent back to Multan at the expiry of one-month visa. “I have lodged my complaint with the FIA Multan Circle for arresting Atiq-ur-Rehman, Sheikh Amjad and his wife Shabana and awaiting action against the gang members entice innocent women,” Rimsha added. But failing to get justice, she decided to submit an application to the AD&SJ, praying the court to pass orders entertaining her complaint and registration of case against the three accused. When contacted, the FIA officials said the application was being processed and promised to take a stern action.
