The model village of Chak Shahzad has been facing many civic problems for the past couple of years. Its messy streets are almost covered with sewerage water and filth. There are no footpaths, not any place of recreation for children.
Power outages of up to 15 hours take place in a day. The efforts made so far to move the authorities concerned have failed to invoke their sympathies. The CDA chairman, as well as Iesco, SNGP and PTCL are requested to take steps to resolve these problems.
