Islamabad: Waqar Rasul, father of 22-month-old girl Urwa, who has been diagnosed kidney failure, has appealed to the Prime Minister, the health minister and other philanthropists for their assistance for treatment, says a press release.
He said her daughter is under treatment at Shifa International, the only hospital offering the service of dialysis for this age group. She is under treatment there for the last 1.5 month but by now the expenses are un-afford for him.
She is in ICU for 4th time in this short period of 1.5 month and what I had I have been spent on her treatment, he said.
