Qingqi traffic

Qingqi rickshaws have probably become the most common mode of transportation in the country. People prefer them over buses and minibuses because they offer cheap fare and convenience. But despite this convenience they have crowded roads much to the annoyance of the general public.
The government should make laws to regulate Qingqi rickshaws. In addition, there should be rules to limit their numbers.
