Paramedics to boycott anti-polio drive in Hangu
HANGU: The office-bearers of the Paramedical Association on Monday announced to observe strike against the provincial government for an indefinite period and boycott the anti-polio campaign from tomorrow (Wednesday) for the acceptance of their demands.It was decided at a meeting with the association’s president Luqman Gul Orakzai in the chair.

HANGU: The office-bearers of the Paramedical Association on Monday announced to
observe strike against the provincial government for an indefinite period and boycott the anti-polio campaign from tomorrow (Wednesday) for the acceptance of their demands.
It was decided at a meeting with the association’s president Luqman Gul Orakzai in the chair. General secretary of the association Mastan Khan, vice-president Shafiur Rehman, finance secretary Musa Khan and others attended the meeting.
Speaking on the occasion, they said according to the directives of the provincial leadership, paramedical staff would observe strike from April 22. Only emergency cover would be provided to the patients while anti-polio drive would be boycotted, they added.
