Power outages irk masses From Our Correspondent SIALKOT: People have shown concern over increased power loadshedding after rise in temperature in the city. Talking here on Wednesday, the residents of various areas including Railway Road, Mujahid Road, Kutchery Road, Paris Road, Circular Road, Karimpura, Ram Talai, Chah Jattan, Nahal Chand Street, Kashmiri Mohallah, Hajipura, Rangpura, Muhammadpura, Mubarakpura, Mianapura, Harar, Muzaffarpur, Model Town, Allama Iqbal Colony and Sadar Bazaar, said that they were facing numerous problems due to 12 to 14 hours unscheduled power loadshedding after rise in mercury. They added that power outages had destroyed business activities. They said that power shutdown was also causing water shortage in their localities. The people demanded the government take notice of the issue.
