National Ranking Badminton gets under way

LAHORE: All-Pakistan National Ranking Badminton Tournament started at Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) Coaching Centre in Quetta on Monday.

About 200 shuttlers from around the country are participating in the tournament. The Secretary Sports Quetta Saleem Shahid along with Wajid Ali Chaudhry Secretary General Pakistan Badminton Federation inaugurated the championship.

Opening day’s results: Men’s singles 1st round: Ammar Masood (Pb) beat Tehseen (KP) by 21-11, 21-12, Ahmer Jalal (PB) beat Attique Ch.
