KASUR: Two children were killed during jubilant firing in a wedding function at Gatti Kalangar village in Ganda Singh police limits on Wednesday.
The marriage ceremony of Sardar Arif Dogar was under way when a guest, Bashir Ahmad, under the influence allegedly resorted to aerial firing in jubilation. As a result, Shamshad, 9, and Waseem, 8, were killed on the spot. Police have shifted the bodies to the DHQ Hospital for autopsy and started investigation.
