Sunny, mild weather today

Clear sunny and mild weather is expected in the provincial metropolis today (Thursday) with the temperature inching above 30 degree Celsius while the cool breeze keeping the summer bloom in check.
The maximum temperature in the city on Wednesday was 29 degrees Celsius while the minimum was 15. While day had a slight factor of hotter than a warmish feel to it, the hours after the sunset still have a slight element of chill to them.
The maximum temperature in the country was 41 degree Celsius at Chorr. Parts of the country where it rained on Wednesday were Sargodha, Sialkot, Rawalakot, Kotli, Okara, Lower Dir, Muzaffarabad, Gujrat, Murree, Mangla, Saidu Sharif, Sahiwal, Malam Jabba, Balakot, Kakul, Jhelum, Kohat, DI Khan and Kasur.
In the next 24 hours, mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain- thunderstorm is expected at few places of Rawalpindi division, Kashmir and its adjoining areas.
