The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has wrapped up its national training camp in Islamabad, citing paucity of funds as one of the major reasons behind the closure.
After this Hockey India (HI) offered financial help to Pakistan which was a very good gesture made by our neighbours. President of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Akhtar Rasool has made an emotional appeal to the prime minister to save the national game. I am sure that the PM will not look into this nor will the Pakistan Sports Board.
