Two arrested for taking ransom

GUJRANWALA: The FIA on Tuesday arrested two accused from Gujrat for taking Rs 300,000 ransom for releasing a youth abducted in Turkey. Deputy Director Mufakhir Adeel told media that that some human traffickers kidnapped Pakistani youth Hamza in Turkey and demanded Rs 300,000 from the heirs for his release. On the request of mother of the kidnapped youth, the FIA conducted a raid at Gujrat and arrested two facilitators identified as Tariq Mehmood and Usman, when they were receiving ransom from the family of the abducted youth.
