PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday issued contempt of court notice to principal and manager accounts of Saint Mary’s High School, Peshawar Cantonment, for not complying with the court’s decision on annual and promotion fee of the students.
A two-member bench comprising Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Roohul Amin Khan issued the notice to the respondents. They were directed to appear before the court of Justice Waqar Ahmad Seth today, who had passed the decision.
The bench issued direction in the contempt petition filed by Ali Iqbal Qazalbash against the principal and manager accounts of the school.
The petitioner submitted that his son Hussain Ali Qazalbash has been enrolled at the Saint Mary’s High School since 2013.
