Three prisoners to be hanged in Bahawalpur jail on 25th From Our Correspondent BAHAWALPUR: Three prisoners will be hanged in the New Central Jail here on March 25. Bahawalpur District and Sessions Judge Rana Masood Akhtar issued death warrants for Ghulam Yasin of Basti Haji Allah Rakha, Ahmadpur East tehsil, and Lonay Khan of Basti Talhar, Hasilpur tehsil. They were convicted in murder cases. The Lodhran district and sessions judge issued death warrants for prisoner Khadim Hussain of Basti Fazilwala. The Multan ATC had awarded him death sentence for killing an eight-year-old child after molesting him. Meanwhile, New Central Jail Deputy Superintendent Javed Iqbal Khichi said that the last meeting of the prisoners with their relatives would be held on March 24.
