LAHORE: The third Bahria Cup Football Tournament is currently in progress at the Bahria Football Academy Ground here.
On the second day three matches (girls category) were played. In the first match Bahria Greens outplayed Bahria Reds 2–0. For Bahria Greens Minal and Hania scored one goal each.In the second match Bahria Blues beat Bahria Reds 2–1. For Blues Fatima was the main scorer. For Reds Tashbeeh Fatima score one goal.
In the third match Bahria Greens Bahria Blues on penalty kicks 2–1. For Greens Hamna Afraz and Zam Zam Siddique scored one goal each. Fatima Junaid scored for Blues.
Miss Nida Zahoor, Director Marketing Bahria Town Lahore, was the chief guest on second day of the tournament. Syed Fakhar Ali Shah, Director Sports Bahria Town, was also present on the occasion. Boys’ event will start on Thursday.
