This refers to the news story, ‘SC justices seek enforcement of articles 62, 63’ (March 7). The report deals with a make-or-break issue for Pakistan and the people living here.
While democracy remains our accepted mode of governance, the disfigured form that we experience in Pakistan cannot improve and deliver even after a hundred elections. One hopes the SC interprets Articles 62, 63 in true spirit to ensure that only deserving candidates enter the electoral process.
