GHALLANAI: The Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) on Thursday condemned the delay in implementation of reforms in tribal areas and vowed to continue to highlight this and other hardships being confronted by the tribespeople.
Speaking at a press conference, JI Mohmand Agency chief Muhammad Saeed Khan, Anwar Saeed Bacha and Ali Rehman said that the government was using delaying tactics in implementation of reforms in tribal areas.
They said the JI would organise a public meeting in Ghazi Baig area on April 10. The speakers said the JI chief Senator Sirajul Haq and it Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief Senator Mushtaq Ahmad Khan would address the meeting.
