Chief guest of opening ceremony was Rashid Malik, former Davis Cupper and Secretary PLTA. On day one in under-12 girls and boys event, Aqsa Akram beat Khurram by 6-1, Abubaker Khalil beat Raja Daud by 6-0, Hamaza Ali beat Haleema Sajjad by 6-1, Shahzeb beat Ahmed by 6-3, Ameer Hamaza beat Muhammad Mustafa by 6-4, Bilal Asim, Waleed Javed, Hussnain Ali Rizwan, Yaffat Nadeem. Saheel Tahir got bye and qualified for next round. In under-14 boys event, Muhammad Haris beat Hussnain Ali Rizwan by 6-1, Hamaza Ali Javed beat Syed Salman by 6-1 and qualified for next round.
