Job or no job
Unemployment is one of the most chilling concerns in our country. The unemployment ratio was 5.90 percent in 2017, which is quite high. As a result, the rate of unemployment is increasing constantly every year. There are many reasons for the high rates of unemployment in Pakistan that are invariably linked to anomalies within the job market.
Nepotism within the job market is one of the main causes of unemployment. Deserving candidates are often denied jobs while those who aren’t competent to perform complex task breeze through the interview process and get jobs because they know the right people. Our government needs to introduce a concrete policy framework to streamline the industrial sector in Pakistan. This will ensure that our industry is equipped to provide jobs to people. Our government must also introduce a loan scheme for young people to start the business and create more jobs.
