TIMERGARA: Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Senator Sirajul Haq on Friday said central organisation of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) would be formed at a meeting in Karachi on March 20.
Talking to reporters at Balambat, he said the religio-political parties would contest the upcoming general election from the platform of the MMA.
“All pending matters about the MMA’s revival would be resolved at the meeting in Karachi. The alliance plans to hold processions in big cities including Islamabad,” he added. He said religio-political parties were the defenders of the boundaries of motherland and that was the reason behind the revival of the MMA.
