OKARA: A 47-year-old landlord raped a handicapped girl at Chak 45/D on Thursday evening.
Amin alias Mina came to the house of a hairdresser but he was not present. Seeing his sister Kausar Bibi alone, Amin allegedly raped her. The accused fled when the victim raised hue and cry. Depalpur Sadr police have arrested the accused and registered a case. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif has taken notice of the incident and sought a report.
