I am a PTCL customer and have never defaulted on bill payment. My telephone is out of order for the last three weeks and I have been lodging complaints on 1218 on daily basis.The complaint centre listens to my complaint then replies in an automated computer voice a few words

I am a PTCL customer and have never defaulted on bill payment. My telephone is out of order for the last three weeks and I have been lodging complaints on 1218 on daily basis.
The complaint centre listens to my complaint then replies in an automated computer voice a few words of sympathy but the exercise leads to nothing. People in the PTCL know that no one can take action against them – because this is Pakistan. I wish someone at PTCL would listen to our complaints.
