If you plan to step out over the weekend, then go search out umbrellas and raincoats in the storeroom.
The reason is that it will rain in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on the coming Saturday and Sunday like several other parts of the country.
The two cities saw two wet spells earlier this month.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the federal capital and adjoining garrison city, Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir will receive intermittent rainfall on Saturday and Sunday, while Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Sibbi, Naseerabad and Makran divisions in Balochistan, Hyderabad, Larkana, Sukkur and Mirpurkhas divisions in Sindh, and isolated places in Malakand, Hazara, Gujranwala, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Bahawalpur, Multan and Dera Ghazi Khan divisions along with Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are likely to receive showers coupled with thunderstorm at the weekend.
During the next 24 hours, weather will remain dry in most parts of the country.
However, Quetta, Kalat and Malakand divisions will receive scattered rains, while Sibbi, Naseerabad, Larkana, Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are likely to receive rains with thunderstorm.
