Aleem Khan appears before NAB
LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Aleem Khan Thursday appeared before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team in Lahore for the second time to respond to NAB about establishing an offshore company mentioned in the Panama Papers.
According to a NAB official, the PTI leader reached NAB Lahore office at around 10:30am and recorded statement before the investigators for around an hour. He said Aleem Khan also submitted documents relating to his offshore company.
resolution: PTI legislator Shoaib Siddiqi has submitted a resolution in Punjab Assembly in support of NAB while supporting action against corrupt elements. In the resolution, Shoaib Siddiqi submitted that action against corrupt elements had been welcomed by the entire nation.
Demanding NAB to continue its mission without any discrimination, he said action meant to victimise someone was condemnable. He slammed the PML-N government for passing resolution against NAB.
