Good nurses

The recruitment process of nurses in Balochistan is mired in corruption, partiality, and blatant violation of rules and merit. This is why meritorious nursing students, who remain involved in hard work and dedication to their profession, are unable to get a job in government hospitals.
To make the recruitment process transparent, the government should make appointments through the NTS (National Testing Service) or some such institution so that the chances of undeserving candidates getting the job can be minimised.
