LAHORE: The International Kabaddi Federation (IKF) has endorsed Super Kabaddi League (SKL) that will take place in Pakistan this year.
Through an official letter, addressed to Muhammad Sarwar Rana, Secretary General Pakistan Kabaddi Federation, Mr. Janardan Singh Gehlot, President International Kabaddi Federation has rendered all out support to SKL by the IKF.
“International Kabaddi Federation endorses your League” Mr. Gehlot said. Furthermore Gehlot also gave the rights to SKL to use International Kabaddi Federation’s logo for SKL season 1.Haider Ali Daud Khan, Chairman SKL, speaking on the occasion has said that the endorsement comes as a breath of fresh air for the league. This will allow Super Kabaddi League to bring players from various other countries.
“This is an important milestone for SKL” Haider said. “Recognition of SKL by the International Kabaddi Federation has enhanced League’s scope beyond Pakistan’s boundaries, which will also help in portraying the softer image of the country throughout the world”.
