Imran’s choice

The Senate elections have put Imran Khan’s PTI in a real test. On the one hand he has been denouncing the elected assemblies as fake while on the other he has participated in the Senate elections conducted through these very assemblies.
On the one hand he fully participates in the proceedings of election tribunals hearing numerous election petitions while on the other hand he refuses to accept their decisions against his party candidates. He has also lost the moral ground for his demand to form a judicial commission to investigate his rigging allegations due to his ever shifting stand. It is time Imran allowed his party members to return to the national and other three provincial assemblies. His rhetoric and wasteful street agitation will take his party and the country nowhere.
