PESHAWAR: The brother of Mashal Khan, who was lynched on the pretext of blasphemy, would move the Peshawar High Court (PHC) against the acquittal of 26 accused today.
Aimal Khan, Mashal s brother, will file an appeal in PHC against the decision of anti-terrorism court in Haripur which awarded death sentence to one, life imprisonment to five and four year imprisonment to 25. It acquitted the remaining 26 accused.
