Badminton team for CW Games named

LAHORE: The Pakistan Badminton Federation (PBF) has named a four-member national team for participation in the Commonwealth (CW) Games. The Games are to be held in the Australian city of Goldcroast from April 4 to 15. The Pakistan team comprises two male and two female players who are Hafiz Irfan, Murad Ali, Mahoor Shahzad and Palwasha Bashir. They players will take part in singles and team events and are grouped with India and Sri Lanka in pool A. Pakistan will face India on April 15.
