Four officers reshuffled in KP
PESHAWAR: The provincial government on Monday ordered the transfers and posting of four officers including the commissioner of Peshawar division and principal secretary to the chief minister.
According to the Establishment Department notification, Dr Muhammad Fakhar-e-Alam (PAS BS-20), commissioner, Peshawar division, was directed to report to the Establishment Department.
He was replaced by Shahab Ali Shah (PAS 135-19), principal secretary to the chief minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who was posted as commissioner, Peshawar division. Shahab Ali Shah was also authorised to hold the additional charge of the post of the principal secretary to the chief minister.
Zahir Shah (PAS SS-19), secretary, Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department, was transferred and posted as secretary, Planning and Development Department in his own pay and scale.
He relieved Shahab Ali Shah of the additional charge of the post of the secretary, Planning and Development Department.Zulfiqar A Shah (PAS BS-19), who was awaiting posting in Establishment Department, was posted as secretary, Relief, Rehabilitation and Settlement Department in his own pay and scale.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Abid Majeed (PCS SG BS-20), secretary Health Department, was authorized to hold the additional charge of the post of secretary Elementary and Secondary Education Department.
