Bill delivery

I checked my electricity bill on the internet on March 3 and it was revealed that the CSO Chandni Chowk Rawalpindi has issued bills of Batch No 12 of Iqbal Town Rawalpindi on February 24 and that the due date is March 9. However, I have not received my electricity bill so far.
This is not the first time that the electricity bill has been delivered late. This has been going on for more than three years. The same is done in areas under the jurisdiction of Chakwal circle. In this regard, I did not get a positive response to my complaints lodged with the Iesco chief executive. I am a heart patient and 75 years old. These unnecessary tensions have an impact on my health. The authorities concerned should terminate the services of all bill distributors and entrust the job to some courier service.
