Human smuggler arrested

LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Monday arrested a human smuggler for sending people abroad illegally. Deputy Director Anti-Human Trafficking Cell (AHTC) of FIA Ch Muhammad Ahmed arrested accused Shahid Shakoor of Bahawalpur. The accused extorted Rs 3, 00,000 on the pretext of sending a complainant, Muhammad Khalil, to Saudi Arabia for employment. Similarly, after the arrest of two proclaimed offenders by FIA Corporate Crime Circle Lahore, two more POs have joined the investigation after getting pre-arrest bail. Among those POs included Munsab Ali and Noor Ahmed.
