NOWSHERA: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) provincial President Amir Muqam, on Monday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan was a master of U-turns and sit-ins and had no time to resolve the issues being faced by the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was addressing a public gathering here in Nowshera Kalan. PML-N leaders including Iftikhar Wali Khan, Sahibzada Hamza Pervez and Liaqat Khattak were also present on the occasion.
PTI leader Nabi Amin along with his relatives and friends announced joining the PML-N. Amir Muqam said that Imran Khan was cursing the Parliament but at the same time willingly received salary from the National Assembly.
He said that people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa had voted the PTI to power in the 2013 general election, but its leadership remained busy in staging sit-ins and did nothing for the welfare of the people.
He said Imran Khan wanted to become prime minister and had already got stitched a 'sherwani' for wearing if he got this job. "He would have become prime minister had he served the people of the province."
