FAISALABAD: At least 10 persons including 7 students were injured in fog-related accidents in and around Faisalabad, here on Saturday.
Giving details of accidents, a police official said that a school van collided with a trailer near Habib Shaheed Mill at Lahore Road due to low visibility.
Seven students including 18-year-old Amsa, 18-year-old Anam, 18-year-old Majida, 10-year-old Ansar, 10-year-old Abdullah, 8-year-old Abdur Rehman and 6-year-old Mohsin received serious injuries and were admitted to an area hospital.
Also, two motorcycles collided at Jaranwala Road in which 20-year-old Zahida and 15-year-old Akbar received injuries, while 40-year-old Ramzan was injured when a speeding rickshaw turned turtle at Sitiana Road. All the injured were shifted to DHQ Hospital where doctors are providing them treatment.
