DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Two persons, including a girl student, were killed and two others sustained injuries in separate road accidents in the Dera Ismail Khan district on Thursday.
It was learnt that Amjad, 18, along with his cousin was on his way on Chashma Road when a speeding truck struck his motorcycle. As a result, Amjad was killed on the spot while his cousin Kashif, 16, sustained injuries.
The injured was taken to the hospital where his condition stated to be stable. Meanwhile, Sania Bibi, a grade-9 student, was on her way with her brother when a speeding vehicle hit their motorcycle, killing her on the spot. Her brother Tauheed sustained injuries.
The injured was shifted to the Civil Hospital in critical condition. The police registered separate cases and started investigation.
