RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Hockey Federation on Friday announced national senior team probables who will attend a training camp in Karachi in preparations for the Commonwealth Games.
According to a PHF press release, the national training camp will begin at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Hockey Stadium on January 22.The Commonwealth Games are scheduled to be held in Gold Coast (Australia) from April 4-15 this year.
Following players have been invited for the training camp: Goalkeepers: Imran Butt, Amjad Ali, Mazhar Abbas, Hafiz Umair, Waleed. Full-backs: Muhammad Aleem Bilal, Muhammad Irfan Senior, Mubashar Ali, Tazeemul Hassan, Hassan Anwar. Half-backs: Ammad Shakeel Butt, Muhammad Atif Mushtaq, Muhammad Rizwan Junior, Tasawar Abbas, Abu Bakar Mahmood, Muhammad Tauseeq Arshad, Rashid Mahmood, Fareed Ahmad, Taimoor Malik. Forwards: Muhammad Azfar Yaqoob, Ali Shan, Aijaz Ahmad, Atiq Arshad, Muhammad Dilber, Muhammad Rizwan Sr., Muhammad Umar Bhutta, Shajeeh Ahmad Saeed, Muhammad Rizwan, Rana Suhail Riaz, Muhammad Amir, Sami Ullah, Faizan, M.
