MoU signed between Pakistan, Russian central banks
Moscow, (Russia): It is a major breakthrough that the Governor of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), Mr. Tariq Bajwa and the Governor of Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Mrs. Elvira Nabiullina have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance and strengthen mutually beneficial relationships in finance and banking sectors between the two countries.
The Signing ceremony was held in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation’s Headquarter in Moscow.
From Pakistan side along with the Governor of State Bank of Pakistan, the Ambassador of Pakistan in Russia Mr. Qazi M.Khalilullah and Trade Minister, Mr. Nasir Hamid were present.
This MOU between Pakistan and Russian Federation central banks will ultimately pave a way for cementing the economic affairs amongst the trade of both the countries.
