Intending pilgrims laud retaining Haj expenses
Islamabad: The faithful who wish to perform the Haj ceremony this year, lauded the government’s initiative for retaining the Haj expenses of Government Haj Scheme 2017 during Haj 2018 also.
Mufti Haleem, an intending pilgrims, hailed the government for facilitating the faithful as, in the new Haj policy, the government has not increased the Haj packages of previous year. The intending pilgrim would have to pay Rs280,000 and 270,000, with categorical assurance that additional expenditures if any would be paid by the government.
Talking to APP Mufti Naeem said more and more people were wishing to avail government Haj scheme due to its cheapness. Better arrangements and facilities were also being ensured by the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) government. An official of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony said that the government is working hard to provide best facilities to the Haj pilgrims.
