Three ‘killers’ arrested

LAHORE: Cantt division investigation police claimed to have arrested eight criminals, including three murderers. Factory Area investigation police arrested Naseer Ahmad who had allegedly killed his stepmother Mukhtaran over a domestic issue. Baghbanpura investigation police arrested Amanat Ali and Osama Ahmad on charges of killing a woman, Naila, over a marriage issue. Haier investigation police arrested five accused thieves and recovered loot from their possession. Meanwhile, CIA arrested 15 accused robbers who were involved in house robberies and other heinous crimes. Police also recovered loot worth millions of rupees from their possession. Police traced 37 cases registered against the arrested accused in various police stations.
