Namaz-e-Janaza of Prof Dr Nazeer Ahmad Chaudhry, former Dean, University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, will be offered at the Main DHA Mosque, Masjid Chowk, Defence, after Zuhr prayers on Wednesday. He was 91.
He also served as the head of the physics department of the university. He also taught at Government College, Lahore. Many of his students contributed to Pakistan’s nuclear programme including Dr Samar Mubarakmand.
