CHAKWAL: Jamiat Ulema-e-Pakistan president Ijaz Hashmi and secretary general Allama Owais Shah Noorani have said that implementation of Nizam-e-Mustafa (SAW) is the only solution to save the country.
They were talking to media after offering condolence with Pir Nasir Jameel Hashmi and Basit Shakeel Hashmi on the sad demise of their mother at Ratta Sharif on Tuesday. Pir Ijaz Hashmi said that religious parties had some reservations regarding the National Action Plan, therefore, their grievances and reservations must be removed. Maulana Owais Noorani said that his party was with the government and the armed forces if the operations against terrorists must be handled positively. He demanded the government take strict action against terrorists and they should not be spared at any cost.
ANIMALS VACCINATION CAMPAIGN FROM TODAY: All animals, poultry birds and domestic birds will be vaccinated and injected to protect their lives during a campaign, which will start from today and continue till March 6.
The Punjab government has issued special instructions to all the livestock offices in every district of Punjab. In this connection, Livestock Department Rawalpindi Division Director Dr Abdul Rauf visited Chakwal district and chaired a high level meeting in which DO Mohsin Raza Malik, Veterinary Officer Riaz Malik, vaccinators, veterinary doctors and all concerned staff participated. The Livestock director said that 100 per cent results would be achieved during this campaign. He told that 38 veterinary officers and 290 vaccinators would participate in the campaign and the additional teams of Rawalpindi, Jhelum and Sargodha districts would also assist the Chakwal teams.
