Property dispute claims life in Charsadda
CHARSADDA: One person was killed and three others sustained injuries when rival groups traded fire over property dispute in Shahpasand Killay on Saturday.
It was learnt that two groups led by Mumtaz and Saiful Amin traded fire over property dispute in Shahpasand Killay. As a result, Mumtaz was killed on the spot while Saifur Rehman, Irshad and Nazir sustained injuries.
The body and the injured were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital in Charsadda where condition of the injured was stated to be stable. The police registered the case and started investigation.
Man dies in Batkhela accident: A driver was killed and his helper sustained injuries in a road accident here on Saturday, official sources said.
They said that a vehicle, carrying vegetable from Punjab, plunged into ravine on Malakand bypass. As a result, the driver identified as Ali Asif was killed on the spot while his helper Noor Muhammad sustained injuries.
The body and the injured were shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital in Batkhela wherefrom the body was shifted to Punjab for burial. The Malakand Levies registered the case and started an investigation.
