PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Friday suspended the Provincial Disaster Management Authority's notification on cancelation of no-objection certificate (NOC) and ban on the activities of Community Appraisal and Motivation Programme (CAMP), a non-governmental organisation, in the province. A two-member bench comprising Justice Muhammad Nasir Mehfooz and Justice Shakeel Ahmad suspended the notification till the next order of the court.
