60 get Fakhr-e-Peshawar awards

PESHAWAR: About 60 persons on Wednesday got Fakhr-e-Peshawar Services Recognition awards for excelling in their respective fields here.
The awards were given in different categories including arts and culture, education, writing, drama, film, artistes, national, international and legendary sportsperson and others.
The district government and district sports officer Peshawar had organised the event at Nishtar Hall.
KP Information Minister Shah Farman, District Nazim Muhammad Asim, former world squash champion Qamar Zaman and star artistes, scholars, writers and others attended the ceremony and gave away the awards to the winners.
